Terms of use
The terms for using this site and the game server. By creating an account you accept them. Last updated: 30 October 2026 (beta and launch).
Ace Rivals is not the official game. It is a non-commercial private server run by volunteers. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to MasangSoft or any publisher of AirRivals. AirRivals and its names, logos and content belong to their owners.
1. The service
We offer the game server, this site and the Discord server for free, as they are, with no guarantee of availability. The game is in closed beta: servers can be down and things can break. We may change or end the service at any time.
2. Closed beta and launch
- Wipe: at the official launch all characters, items, levels and in-game progress from the beta are deleted.
- Accounts stay: account name, password and e-mail are kept; you play on with the same account.
- Beta credits: credits (Mcoin) given during the beta are test credits. They are not carried over to the launch and are not refunded or compensated.
- Thank-you gift: beta players may get a thank-you gift at launch. It is a goodwill gesture, not a right; its content and who gets it are announced before launch.

3. Your account
- You are responsible for your account and password. Do not share it; staff will never ask for your password or PIN.
- Give an e-mail address you can read: it is the only way to reset your password yourself.
- Accounts, characters and items cannot be sold or traded for real money.
- One account per person during the beta, unless staff allows more.
4. Rules
The server rules are part of these terms. Breaking them (cheats, bots, exploits, harassment, real-money trading, impersonating staff) can lead to a warning, a temporary or a permanent ban, or a reset of what was gained unfairly.
5. Credits (Mcoin)
Credits for the in-game cash shop are given for free on request. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, exchanged or paid out, and may be removed with a wipe or a ban. If we ever offer paid items, separate terms will apply and will be published first.
6. Content you send
Bug reports, suggestions and messages you send us can be used to improve the game. Do not post content that is illegal or belongs to someone else.
7. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost characters, items, credits or time, or for damage caused by downtime, bugs or wipes. Download the client only from this site.
8. Ending
You can stop playing at any time and ask for your account to be deleted (see the privacy policy). We can close accounts that break these terms.

9. Changes
We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version and larger changes are announced in the news and on Discord. Playing after a change means you accept it.
